At Courtside, customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you find any issues with our products, please review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Return Eligibility
- Return condition: A return may only be made if there are defects with the product or there is a mistake with your order.
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in the same condition as receivedāunused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- International Returns: We currently do not support returns for orders shipped outside of Singapore. - kindly reach out to our team at hello@courtsideasia.com for assistance.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
Initiating a Return & Process
- Start a Return: To begin the return process, contact us at hello@courtsideasia.com. *Kindly title your subject line with "Return -Ā order number. We'll provide you with instructions on the next steps.
- Our responsibility: Courtside is dedicated to making your return process smooth and hassle-free. Our team will handle the return directly from your doorstep, so you donāt have to worry about shipping it back yourself. Weāre here to ensure an easy and seamless experience for you.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping and handling fees.
- Refund Delays: Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@courtsideasia.com so we can resolve the issue.

Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
Effective Date: 30/11/2024
At Courtside, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality pickleball paddles to
our valued customers. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our
paddles. This warranty policy applies to all Courtside Pickleball paddles
purchased directly from us.
Warranty Duration
Our pickleball paddle warranty is valid for a period of 90 days from the date of
receiving the paddle.
Warranty Claims
If you believe your Courtside Pickleball pickleball paddle is damaged or defective
within the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty
claim:
a. Contact Customer Support:

b. Provide Proof of Purchase:
To process your warranty claim, you must provide a copy of the original
purchase receipt or order number.
c. Provide Details of the Issue:
Describe the issue with your paddle in as much detail as possible. Include photographs or videos to help us evaluate the damage or defect.
Warranty Evaluation
Once we receive your warranty claim, our team will assess the reported issue to determine if it is covered under our warranty policy. This evaluation may involve a physical inspection of the paddle or a review of the submitted
documentation.
Warranty Resolution
If we confirm that the damage or defect is covered under our warranty policy, we will provide the following resolution at our discretion:
Replacement: A new paddle of the same or a similar model will be provided to replace the damaged or defective one.
Exclusions
This warranty policy does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Regular wear and tear
- Misuse, abuse or intentional damage
- Any modifications or altercations to the paddle
- Unapproved repairs or repair attempts
- Exposure to extreme temperatures or harsh environment conditions
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts or improper storage
Disclaimer
This warranty is the only warranty offered by Courtside for its pickleball paddles, and no other warranties, either express or implied, are provided. Courtside will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.
Courtside reserves the right to update or modify this warranty policy at any
time without prior notice.
