What is pickleball and how do I play?
Pickleball is an exciting and accessible paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Played on a smaller court with a perforated plastic ball, it's easy to pick up and fun for players
of all ages and skill levels!
What are Courtside paddles made out of?
Our composite paddles are crafted from a mix of high-quality materials. Each paddle features a honeycomb polypropylene core for durability.
Our Classic paddles are built with a T300 carbon fiber surface, while our Premier paddles are upgraded with a T700 carbon fiber surface for enhanced performance.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to Singapore, Malaysia ,Thailand and Hong Kong

How quickly will my order arrive?
Typically, orders within Singapore take 1-3 business days to be delivered.
For orders out of Singapore, kindly allow up to 2 weeks for the order to reach you!
Are your paddles USAPA approved?
Our paddles have been sent and are currently pending approval from USAPA. We are confident in getting the approval as we source our paddles from a USAPA approved manufacturer.

Where is my order?
We are a small yet dedicated team, and orders generally take 2 business days to process before being shipped.
During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@courtsideasia.com for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shopback
What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Courtside will provide either a replacement order at no cost or store credit equivalent to the original order value. To begin the process, please email us at hello@courtsideasia.com.
Can I change the shipping address on my order?
If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please log in to your account to cancel the order before it is fulfilled. If the order has already been fulfilled, cancellation may no longer be possible, but feel free to contact us at hello@courtsideasia.com for assistance.
What is your return policy?
At Courtside, we prioritise customer satisfaction. Our customers may return paddles purchased within 30 days of receiving their order only if there are defects with the product or if there was a mistake with your order.
Returns are eligible for a refund or an exchange for a new paddle
